Awarded by INDOC Association, «for portraying with sincerity and simplicity the life of a boy who has decided to live in nature, finding there his place in the world, and as a plea for the absolute freedom of human beings to lead their lives».

Awarded by the Children’s Jury, cocomposed of students of Montmany local School,  because «the film teaches us that if we do not take care of nature, we will end up with the fishes of the sea and will have to eat plastic».

Jury 2019

Ricardo Íscar

Filmaker and cinema teacher. Holder of a diploma at the Cinema and Television Academy of Berlin. He has a brilliant trajectory in film direction. He has directed the films: El cerco (2002-2006), Tierra negra (2004), Danza a los espíritus (2009), El foso (2012), among others. He has developed an intense educational activity for more than 20 years, especially at Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona), and also at Barcelona’s University, Blanquerna and Centre d’Estudis de Disseny BAU.

Núria Campabadal

She developed several tasks at the world of documentary, and finally specialized herself at editing, where she has been working for more than a decade. She edited documentary films (such as Alcaldesa, Gaudí Prize and Best Documentary and Best Direction Prize at the Málaga Film Festival), as well as television programs. Besides, she has produced and directed documentary films for foundations and associations. She is partner founder and member of AMMAC, Audiovisual Editors of Catalonia Association. Nowadays, she edits for Salvados TV show at La Sexta.

Maria Alcázar Serrat

She holds a degree in Audiovisual Communication at Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona) and a Creative Documentary Master at the same university. She has worked as a director and cinematographer at several documentary series like Barcelona Year Zero, for BTV. She was Assistant Director at the feature film La Plaga, by Neus Ballús. Besides, she has worked at the field of production for cinema and television: Dies d’Agost, by Marc Recha; Intimitats Germans Roca, for TVC, among of others. She has also worked on Communication for development: she took part at several social documentaries and she has given participatory video workshops for vulnerable social groups. Nowadays, she is a teacher at a formative course of audiovisual projects.

Children’s Jury 2019

Children’s Jury is formed by five girls and boys of Montmany School of Figaró-Montmany.
