Films selected for ForadCamp 2016

We already know the list of the 14 short films selected for the Official Section of ForadCamp 2016. There will be three Spanish films, two of which Catalan, and also shorts from Belarus, France, Germany, Latvia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, and a coproduction from Netherlands-New Zealand.

These are the 14 films selected:

  • “Beyond the forest”, by Francesca Bertin & Leonhard Kaufmann (Germany, 2015, 9 min.).
  • “Borda d’água”, by João Viegas & Miguel Canaverde (Portugal, 2015, 18 min.).
  • “Establishing Eden”, by Margit Lukács & Persijn Broersen (Netherlands, New Zealand, 2016, 10 min.).
  • “Fóra do Continente”, by Nico Martínez Millán (Spain, 2014, 20 min.).
  • “Inamovibles”, by Tànit Fernández & Isaac Rodríguez (Spain, 2015, 5 min.).
  • “Miejsce”, by Julia Popławska (Poland, 2015, 15 min.).
  • “Mot nord (North bound)”, by Jørn Nyseth Ranum (Norway, 2015, 10 min.).
  • “Nobody Dies Here”, by Simon Panay (France, 2016, 23 min.).
  • “Obiekt”, by Paulina Skibińska (Poland, 2015, 15 min.).
  • “Rumba (Waterfall)”, by Laila Pakalnina (Latvia, 2016, 20 min.).
  • “Som pastor”, by Borja Zauzen (Spain, 2015, 8 min.).
  • “Strana Udehe (Udehe country)”, by Ivan Golovnev (Russia, 2015, 26 min.).
  • “The art of flying”, by Jan van Ijken (Netherlands, 2015, 7 min.).

 

The screening of the selected short films will be held in the village of Figaró-Montmany on October 8 and 9, 2016. The full program of the Exhibition will be available by mid-September on our website.

Submissions closed

On June 30 it closed the deadline for short film’ submissions for ForadCamp 2016.

The Exhibition received films from 32 countries. We thank all the directors who submitted their works, a 30% more than the past year.

As of July 29 we will know the films selected for the Official Selection of ForadCamp 2016.

The screening of the selected short films will be held in FigaróMontmany, October 1-2, 2016.

Films selected for ForadCamp 2015

We already know the list of the 10 short films selected for the Official Section of ForadCamp 2015. There will be four Spanish films, two of which Catalan, and also shorts from Argentina, Belgium, Canada, Paraguay and two coproductions Switzerland-Japan and France-Italy.

  • “Komorebitachi”, de Sophie Perrier & Masanori Omori (Switzerland-Japan, 2014).
  • “Prisioneros del Kanún”, de Roser Corella (Spain, 2013).
  • “Sinfonía de Galernas”, de Nadia Penella (Spain, 2014).
  • “Trento Symphonia”, de Flatform (France-Italy, 2014).

The screening of the selected short films will be held in the municipality of Figaro-Montmany on Saturday, October 3, 2015. The program of the Exhibition will be available by mid-September on our website.
