Films selected for ForadCamp 2017

We already know the list of the 14 short films selected for the Official Section of ForadCamp 2017. There will be three Spanish films, shorts from China, Kyrgystan, Netherlands, Switzerland, and four coproductions from Colombia-Canada, Cuba-Colombia-Switzerland, Serbia-Germany, and USA-Mexico.

The screening of the selected short films will be held in the village of Figaró-Montmany on October 21 and 22, 2017. The full program of the Exhibition will be available by the end of September on our website.

Submissions open

Logo FDC general Film submissions for ForadCamp 2017 – 6th Nature and Cinema Exhibition are now open.

Films must be non fiction, under 30 minutes, and nature should have a prominent place within the short film.

The screening of works selected will take place in Figaró-Montmany town, October 21-22, 2017.

The deadline for submissions is June 30, 2017. Films may be submitted through the internet platform Festhome.com or filling the submission form in our website.

ForadCamp 2016 award winners

Sunday night we knew the award winners of ForadCamp 2016, 5th Nature and Cinema Exhibition.

Trophy of the Jury’s Best Documentary 2016

  • The Jury, composed by Elisabet Prandi, Carme Mayugo and Jordi Morató, gave the Best Documentary Award, endowed with 300 €, to the short «Nobody dies here«, by Simon Panay.
  • Also, the Jury decided to give a Mention to «Fóra do continente» by Nico Martínez Millán.
  • Granollers Cultural Association Award, consisting on the screening of the selected short at Dimarts Singulars Exhibition held at the Granollers Film Club went to «Miejsce», by Julia Popławska.
  • Audience Award: «Som pastor,» by Borja Zausen.
  • Distribution Prize, sponsored by Clickforfestivals, consisting on bonus for the distribution of the selected short in international festivals went to «165/60«, by Anton Brutski.

Films selected for ForadCamp 2016

We already know the list of the 14 short films selected for the Official Section of ForadCamp 2016. There will be three Spanish films, two of which Catalan, and also shorts from Belarus, France, Germany, Latvia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, and a coproduction from Netherlands-New Zealand.

  • “Strana Udehe (Udehe country)”, by Ivan Golovnev (Russia, 2015, 26 min.).
  • “The art of flying”, by Jan van Ijken (Netherlands, 2015, 7 min.).

 

The screening of the selected short films will be held in the village of Figaró-Montmany on October 8 and 9, 2016. The full program of the Exhibition will be available by mid-September on our website.

Submissions closed

On June 30 it closed the deadline for short film’ submissions for ForadCamp 2016.

The Exhibition received films from 32 countries. We thank all the directors who submitted their works, a 30% more than the past year.

As of July 29 we will know the films selected for the Official Selection of ForadCamp 2016.

The screening of the selected short films will be held in FigaróMontmany, October 1-2, 2016.

We already know the list of the 10 short films selected for the Official Section of ForadCamp 2015. There will be four Spanish films, two of which Catalan, and also shorts from Argentina, Belgium, Canada, Paraguay and two coproductions Switzerland-Japan and France-Italy.

The screening of the selected short films will be held in the municipality of Figaro-Montmany on Saturday, October 3, 2015. The program of the Exhibition will be available by mid-September on our website.

On June 26 it closed the deadline for short film’ submissions for ForadCamp 2015.

The Exhibition received films from 20 countries. We thank the participation of all the directors who have submitted their works.

On July 27 we will know the films selected for the Official Selection of ForadCamp 2015.

The screening of the selected short films will be held in FigaróMontmany, October 3, 2015.
